GEM have showed that they are capable of working on ad hoc projects and also able to deliver high level of service on a regular basis. They’ve been able to provide excellent feedback via the online portal which is updated once a call has been completed, which enables us to react to any issues in store. The GEM merchandisers also use a dedicated Luceco WhatsApp group to share information during their calls in store, again any issues can be resolved instantly.
